Approximately
6 acres of the 10 acres have not been landscaped and is
in its natural state.
The photographs were all taken in winter
time.
I'll leave it to your imagination what it looks like
when the trees are in leaf and magnolias and
dogwoods or red tips are in flower.

All the
trees are hardwoods. There are no pines due to the
area being left undeveloped by logging companies.
(Very rare in North Florida.)
A natural sink hole, approximately 1 acre remains
un-dredged.
The
majority of the surrounding area owned by St. Joe Company is also undeveloped.
Wild
life abounds here. Deer, Raccoons, squirrels etc
are regular visitors every day/night.. |
