The
landscaped and fenced area is approximately 4 acres.
There is full irrigation supplied by the well near the
pool house.
The total 10 acres were never forested for pines, as was
the majority of Northern Florida. Consequently,
all the natural trees are hardwoods, Oaks, Magnolias and Bay trees have
been allowed to grow to heights over 100 feet.

Planted
trees and shrubs include- Crepe Myrtles, Loropetalums ,
Bananas, Camellias, Azaleas, Dogwoods, Pampas Grasses,
Rose of Sharon, Gardenias, Lantanas, Mimosa, Ligustrum, Japanese
Maple and Bradford Pear.
Many of
the beds have rose trees and Mexican petunias.
The
pictures of the area were taken during winter which does
not show off the true beauty.
