provide a great view, over the wrap-around porches, to
the front landscaped yard and a further view out to the

The floor is mostly hardwood with a carpeted
area in front of the fine stone fire place which has a
blower installed to produce a very efficient heating
system in winter time.
The
dining room area is also carpeted. The style
of the fireplace is continued along the wall providing a
1ft 6in high and 2ft wide stone shelf. The large
flat screen plasma TV sits on this shelf where it wraps
around the corner of the room. A surround sound
system is connected to all the rooms in the main house.
The
total area of the room is 36 feet x 33 feet (1188 Sq ft)
which includes the kitchen area.
