The
basement is under the master bedroom.
A pine
staircase leads down to a fully carpeted, pine paneled
room. It has a drop down ceiling and is air
conditioned.
The
basement serves as:
1 Office. The L shaped corner desk is 10ft
x 10ft. and is designed for computer systems. A
further desk area is built under the stairs.

2. Exercise Area. Currently the majority of the
room contains exercise equipment which may be purchased
by the buyer.
3 Clothes Closet. A large clothes closet 12 ft x
8 ft is completely fitted.
